ORE POWER THREE PHASE WARRANTY POLICY

ORE Power will offer

(48) month warranty on the ALLEGIANT Series

(36) month warranty on the ALTITUDE Series

(36) month warranty on the ASPIRE Series

These warranties come standard with each unit and begin when the unit is first energized* must be started by a certified ORE Power technician

The ORE Power warranty applies to products sold to users in the United States, Canada, or Mexico covers only the labor and parts to remedy the defect, and ORE Power’s expenses such as travel incurred in connection with the repair or replacement of the defective product, all up to the replacement product cost of the product; all other costs and expenses with respect to the defective product shall be the cost of the user.

This standard warranty comes with 5×8 M-F coverage.

The user has the option to pay for annual preventative maintenance service through ORE Power certified service provider that will upgrade them to 7×24 support and emergency line coverage with 8-hour response (can pay extra for 4-hour response). If the user gets annual PM service, they are also eligible for extended warranty options. The extended warranties options extended the standard warranty by (12) months.
